Pilates for Pelvic Floor Health
This virtual 4 session series of one hour classes is an introduction to the link between Pilates and a better functioning pelvic floor. It's appropriate for all fitness levels and is best suited for those who can commit to daily practice in between classes.
When: Fridays from 7:30 to 8:30 pm on March 5, 12 and April 2 ,9
