This 4 week series will give you all the skills needed to begin group reformer classes. With a maximum of 4 participants and a relaxed and comfortable boutique atmosphere, you’ll connect to your core while building balance, strength and coordination. There’s no loud music or dizzying pace but it may well be one of the most effective and fun workouts you’ve had in recent history! Learn why Pilates has a solid reputation for building strong, healthy bodies while respecting our human anatomy and internal structure.
